We partner with reliable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your apparel. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping email.
5. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
Customs Fees: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country’s government.
Customs Clearance: ROYAL MEN’S is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated import charges before placing your order.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes the correct pin code and apartment number (if applicable).
ROYAL MEN’S is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the redelivery fee.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the local shipping carrier directly to investigate.
ROYAL MEN’S is not responsible for confirmed delivered packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
